About Rapid RV Rentals LLC
Rapid RV Rentals runs out of Phoenix and rents motorhomes, camper vans and travel trailers. Reviewers describe the reservation process as easy and the pickup and return as straightforward. One noted the booking system made it simple to find the right trailer. Support gets mentioned often. One renter texted questions during a trip and got answers right away, even on a Saturday night. Others said the staff walked them through the details and asked if they had questions before they left. A reviewer who rented a trailer said it performed well apart from a damaged kitchen slide out shelf, which didn't affect the trip. The lot has wheelchair accessible parking. The website drew some complaints: a renter taking checkout photos had the page refresh and wipe their progress, and suggested an app would help.
