About Phoenix Motorhomes
Phoenix Motorhomes in El Mirage rents motorhomes and camper vans, and the reviews are a mixed bag. Several people mention the staff being helpful. One reviewer said the owner took two hours to explain how everything worked and even fixed a couple of minor things before pickup. Another praised the team for being patient with first-timers. Others had a rougher time. One camper van broke down in summer, with the fridge and hot water failing and no repair help. Another reviewer expected a nearly new van but got one that was seven years old. Some note that communication before the trip was good but then went quiet. The company offers airport pickup and insurance options, and the lot has wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. If you want a straightforward rental near Phoenix, it might be worth a look, but read the reviews carefully and ask about the age of the unit.

“We went on vacation with somewhat mixed feelings. We had read many negative reviews online beforehand, on various platforms, but also some positive ones. After inquiring through the website, we were bombarded with emails.” – Ronny B., a year ago, on Google
“Many thanks to Mr. Langenbach and his wife for this unforgettable vacation in their perfect motorhome. We received a significantly larger motorhome than booked. Both pick-up and drop-off were in the morning, saving us a lot of time.” – Michael H., a year ago, on Google
“We were super nervous buying an rv from a non-dealer. We went and looked at the motorhome but were still hesitant. Ludwig applied no pressure and was very helpful.” – DDee P., a year ago, on Google
