About Cruise America RV Rental
Cruise America in Franklin Park is part of a large North American rental network that's been operating since 1972. They offer several RV sizes, from Compact to Standard, for camping trips, tailgates, and festivals. The location is wheelchair accessible and provides insurance. Reviewers often praise the helpful staff, with Cristina and Brian getting shout-outs for clear explanations and quick check-in. Many mention the pickup process is easy and the RVs are clean. The 3.6-star rating from 154 reviews shows it's not perfect, though. Some customers report issues with vehicle maintenance, like bad alignments or worn interiors. A few felt the condition didn't match the price. Others had a smooth experience and would return. If you're considering a rental here, it's worth reading recent reviews to set expectations.
