About roadsurfer RV Rentals Miami
Roadsurfer runs an RV and camper van rental spot in Miami, part of a large fleet spread across Europe and North America. Rentals come with unlimited miles, a free additional driver, and camping equipment, per the company. The location is wheelchair accessible for both the entrance and the parking lot. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Dominic and Victoria get named for walking first-timers through the whole operation clearly, and plenty of people just call the team friendly. Several say pickup and drop-off were quick and the unit was clean. One repeat renter switched from a competitor after a dirty van and long waits, and said this was a different story. Not everything is smooth. One reviewer describes a refund that had not arrived weeks after an email promised it, plus a long hold on a customer service call. Keep that in mind if your plans might change.
