About Cruise America RV Rental
Cruise America runs a rental center in Miami with compact, standard and large RVs. It's part of a large North American network that has been renting since 1972. The company is employee-owned. Reviews are mixed. Some people mention helpful staff. But many recent renters describe vehicles that were dirty or in need of repairs. Cracked windshields, warning lights, broken bathroom walls and doors, and weak air conditioning come up more than once. One reviewer says they paid for a package but didn't get the products. Others complain about rude service and trouble reaching the office on weekends. The Google rating sits at 3.4 from 55 reviews. If you book here, inspect the RV carefully before you drive off. And check the terms for any extras you pay for.
