About North Shore RV Rentals
North Shore RV Rentals runs out of Merrimac and rents motorhomes, camper vans and travel trailers. The Google rating sits at 4.8 from about 50 reviews, and a lot of those reviews mention the same thing: staff who take time to answer questions, including from first-timers. Renters describe a detailed walkthrough at pickup, with plenty of time spent getting familiar with the vehicle. One reviewer called it a personal approach, different from the bigger companies. Others rented a 28 foot motor home that felt practically new, or a 22 foot Class C and found booking, pickup and return all easy. A travel trailer renter said the delivery driver, Jonathan, walked them through the trailer's operations. Lance comes up by name as knowledgeable and helpful, and one reviewer said a minor issue on the road got sorted fast. There is a linen package and a kitchen package available. Not every review is warm. One caller described a rude, rushed sales associate on the phone while trying to ask questions before a first rental. Worth knowing before you dial.
