About Hartleys Auto and RV Center
Hartley's sells and services RVs in Cortland, and the shop side has been at it for 35 years. Reviews often mention the staff being polite and friendly, and several people credit the sales team by name when they talk about buying. One reviewer came in with a Jeep and no trailer harness and left set up to tow a camper. Service covers general repairs and maintenance, inspections, A/C work, wheel alignment and emissions testing. Reviewers describe the mechanics as excellent and thorough, and a few praise the communication and honesty, saying they were kept informed without unnecessary upselling. Others mention warranty repairs and wheel bearing replacement. Not every story is smooth. A couple of reviewers had to bring rigs back after leaks and a refrigerator problem that wasn't fixed the first time. Still, there are repeated notes about timeliness and local repairs done right, and one reviewer handed out 10 stars after a diagnosis on a 2000 Chevy Silverado.
