About Cruise America RV Rental
Cruise America runs a rental center in Hamburg, New York, offering Compact Plus, Standard, and Large RVs. It's part of a large North American network with over 110 locations. The company has been renting RVs since 1972 and is employee-owned. The Hamburg spot is one of those rental centers, set up for camping trips, tailgates, and festivals. Online reviews here are thin, just one rating so far, and not flattering. That reviewer was upset the Elma location closed and criticized the company's care for its RVs and customers. With only that single review to go on, it's hard to get a full picture of how this location operates day to day. The facts about the fleet and the company's history are clear. What customers actually experience at this specific Hamburg counter is less so.
