About Vacationland
Vacationland sits in Big Rock and does more than rentals. It is an RV dealer that also handles parts, service, and storage for RVs and boats. If you are renting, you are working with a shop that turns wrenches on the same rigs. Reviewers keep coming back to the sales side, and the theme is no pressure. People say the staff took time to answer questions honestly and helped them find the right camper instead of pushing a sale. First time buyers mention feeling welcomed and having the process explained clearly. One couple praised the make ready team for getting their camper looking new. Others point to the service department, including a roof reseal handled during a repair. Some note parts can take a while to arrive. With 603 Google reviews and a 4.8 rating, the volume of feedback is worth reading before you book.
