About Utah RV Rentals
Utah RV Rentals in West Jordan rents motorhomes, travel trailers, and tent trailers. The company scores 3.9 stars from 124 Google reviews. Reviewers often mention helpful staff, and many say the crew got them on the road fast. But the reviews are mixed. Some renters praise the pickup process and say staff saved a vacation when another rental fell through. Others describe trailers with bald tires, generator trouble, and water pumps that worked when they wanted to. Multiple reviewers mention a trip to Yellowstone, and a few say the trailer they got was not clean. One review notes a CO detector that would not stop beeping and an after hours call that went unanswered. Another describes a tire blowing on the way to a family reunion. The staff gets credit for being responsive, but the condition of some units is a common complaint. If you book here, look over the trailer before you tow it.
