About RV Phoenix LLC - RV Rentals
This family-run rental agency in Gilbert started in 2009 and has a 4.6-star rating across 489 Google reviews. They rent travel trailers, toy haulers, Class C motorhomes, and an overlanding Jeep, with pickup spots in Mesa, Phoenix, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tucson, and Show Low. Delivery to campgrounds and events is available and quoted by distance. Reviewers often mention clean trailers and easy pickup. Staff get props for walking renters through the check-in process and explaining details. One repeat customer liked the Roo 183 for kids, and another said their rig pulled like a champ. The flip side: fees come up a lot in reviews, with some renters feeling the final bill ran higher than expected. Others note the online reservation system and communication quirks. If you want a straightforward rental with a local crew that knows Arizona campgrounds, this is a solid option. Just ask about the full cost upfront and confirm the unit's features before you book.

What renters mention
“I didn’t get the chance to take a picture of our trailer rental in our camping spot. Not much service where we were camped, but the experience was great!” – Cole T., 3 years ago, on Google
“Overall experience was great, disappointed in not having the television like the video said which was supposed to have a DVD player attached nor did the remote control work needed to change batteries and still did not work.” – Jorge M., 4 months ago, on Google
“This was the 5th time we've rented from RV Phx over the 4 years. Each time was amazing service. The reviews I've seen with 1 star, made me nervous but we had no issues. We knew what fees we were going to pay.” – Mike H., a year ago, on Google
