About Pilot RV Rentals, LLC
Pilot RV Rentals is a family-run spot in Pilot Mountain that rents travel trailers and also sells and consigns campers at its lot. Renters say the units are clean and in good shape, and several mention Marty by name for being easy to reach and quick to respond. Delivery and setup come up again and again in the reviews. People describe arriving to find the camper already leveled and hooked up, with one group noting the fridge was cold and the water hot when they walked in. Another reviewer mentioned paying a little extra for drop-off and pickup. First-timers and festival volunteers both wrote in, including one group whose reservation elsewhere fell through and got a same-day setup. Reviewers also called out straightforward pricing with no surprise charges and clear communication before, during and after the trip. The lot is wheelchair accessible.
