About Outdoorsy
Outdoorsy is a Las Vegas-based RV rental marketplace, open around the clock, that connects travelers with owners renting motorhomes, camper vans and travel trailers. You can also skip the driving and have the rig delivered to your destination. Reviews are split, and it's worth knowing that going in. Several renters praise the app's ease of use and the responsive, communicative hosts who helped them pick the right van for trips like the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone. Insurance options came up as a confidence booster for some. Others describe a rougher time once something goes wrong. A few reviewers mention damage charges arriving after the vehicle was returned, and one owner had a listing problem that went unresolved for months. Disputes reportedly mean repeating your story through email, the app and multiple agents before it reaches a third party. Read the terms closely before you book.
