About J's RV Rentals
J's RV Rentals in Lubbock rents travel trailers, and the reviews point to owner Carlos as the main reason people come back. He's quick to answer questions and flexible when plans change, like rearranging schedules for a last-minute spring break booking or letting someone pick up early to load up. Sports fans and lake-goers mention delivery: the trailer is set up and cooled before you arrive, and someone comes by to dump the tanks during your stay. Reviewers also note the campers are clean and stocked with utensils, plates, paper towels, and a coffee pot. A few reviews mention a golf cart or Polaris rental as an add-on. With a 4.8 rating across 35 reviews, the consistent theme is an owner who walks first-timers through setup and responds promptly when issues come up.
