About Explore The West RV (mobile)
Explore The West RV is a mobile operation out of Orem. Carter handles repairs at your place or takes drop-offs for bigger jobs, from collision and roof damage to water damage. He also keeps appliances running and does custom upgrades like axle flips and solar. Renters mention him too. One repeat customer said the rentals were clean and well-maintained and came back a second time with family. Another reviewer praised a motorhome inspection as completely thorough, with an itemized list, photos and video, and easy payment. Fair warning from one traveler: an older unit lost generator power for a day on a Las Vegas trip, and follow-up was slow. Reviewers overall land at 4.8 stars across 35 reviews, and communication comes up most often. Pricing, generator issues and trailer work also get mentioned. If you need a rig checked before a trip or fixed after one, this is the kind of outfit people call back.
