About El Monte RV Rentals
El Monte RV Rentals rents motorhomes in Reno, Nevada, and also handles trailer rentals. Insurance is part of what they offer. The office has a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot, and hours are posted, though it is not open around the clock. Reviews land at 3.4 stars across 25 Google ratings, and pick up comes up more than once. One traveler who drove across the country over two weeks said pick up and drop off were a breeze and the RV had no mechanical issues. Another said a reserved RV was not available on arrival despite confirmation. Some reviewers mention the RV they got felt worn, a fridge that would not cool, and a fee after a delayed flight. Others found the rates too high. The staff and pricing draw divided opinions, so read the reviews before you book. Their own listing invites calls about reservations and RV sales.

“Great customer service and exceptional quality. This rental made for a great weekend and had everything we needed. It's not cheap but I wouldn't say it's expensive either for what you end up getting.” – Joshua, 7 years ago, on Google
“We loved renting from El Monte RV. We made our reservations about 90 days in advance. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. We took plenty of pictures of inside and outside of any current damage but it ended up being unnecessary.” – Janae M., 8 years ago, on Google
“It was my first time renting an RV so I was not sure what to expect but El Monte made it easy both on pickup and return. The RV had no issues and I would rent from them again.” – James E., 8 years ago, on Google
