About El Monte RV Rentals
El Monte RV Rentals runs a motorhome and campervan branch in Las Vegas. The Google rating sits at 4.4 across more than 1,100 reviews, and the pickup process is what reviewers bring up most. Several call it smooth and efficient, and a few single out staff by name for walking first-timers through check-in clearly. Return is often described as quick, and the rigs get called clean and quiet, with one couple noting they could talk at normal volume on the road. The online booking side comes up less often but positively. Kitchen kits are a recurring topic, and some renters say they had to buy basics like dish soap and dish towels on top of the kit. Other reviews are less kind. One traveler reported an electrical short that knocked out most systems a month in, and another dealt with a fridge and shower leak. Some mention roadside assistance and branch follow-up as pain points. Bedding and linens cost extra per person. Worth reading the recent reviews before you book.
