About East Coast RV Rentals LLC
East Coast RV Rentals is a family operation in Benson, North Carolina, run by Jeff and Sue. Reviewers keep coming back to that: people say dealing with them feels like companies used to, and that they took time to answer questions even on short notice. The fleet includes Class A motorhomes and Class C models, plus trailers and pop-ups. Cleanliness comes up most often in reviews, with several people noting the units were in great shape. Others mention a thorough walk-through before pickup that left them feeling competent behind the wheel, and one review appreciated a link for liability insurance. Showing hours are by appointment only, so call ahead. One reviewer had trouble getting through on a Saturday and left frustrated, so plan around that. Accessibility features include a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
