About Cruise America RV Rental
Cruise America runs a rental center in Riverview with Standard and Large RVs on the lot. The company has been in the rental business since 1972 and calls itself the largest RV rental outfit in North America, with over 110 locations. One-way rentals and unlimited mileage come up in what they offer. The Google reviews sit at 3.6 from 17 ratings, and they run both directions. One rentersaid the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the RV was in great condition, the deposit came back without a fight, and they booked their next trip on the spot. A Florida to California one-way move drew praise for Pauline at the counter. Others describe rigs with problems. A refrigerator that quit during the walk-through got a quick fix that did not hold for a two-week trip. Another renter picked up a high-mileage RV and lost the cabin AC early, then waited on a long-distance repair. One person wished they had checked the unit over before pulling off the lot. Hours are posted, so call before you drop by.
