About Cruise America RV Rental
Cruise America's Richmond location rents Standard and Large RVs. The company has been in business since 1972, is employee-owned, and runs more than 110 rental centers across North America. The RVs come with a kitchen. One reviewer called a staff member super helpful and nice. The same reviewer said parking your car at the service center costs extra and described the fleet as a bit dated and beat up, including the kitchen kit. Another customer had an eight-person reservation cancelled two days before pickup and said no replacement or apology was offered. Google shows a 5.0 rating from a single review, so there is not much feedback to go on. Hours are posted but the location is not open around the clock.
