About Cruise America RV Rental
Cruise America runs a rental center in Lebanon, Tennessee, offering Compact Plus, Standard and Large RVs. The company calls itself the largest RV rental outfit in North America, with more than 110 rental centers. It has been renting since 1972, and it is employee-owned. The reviews are short but warm. Several people single out staff by name and describe going out of their way to help, including one long phone call before a trip. One first-time renter said the whole process went well from start to finish, and another liked how simple the RV was to use and return. A customer who had to cancel after a death in the family said the team was understanding and worked with them anyway. The office has wheelchair accessible parking and an accessible entrance. If you want a specific person on your booking, reviewers suggest asking when you call.
