About Cruise America RV Rental
Cruise America runs a rental center on a Knoxville lot that doubles as a collision shop. That setup catches some renters off guard. The chain itself has been renting RVs since 1972 and has more than 110 locations across North America, so you get a known brand and two unit types: Standard RVs and Large RVs. Reviews here are split, and the average sits at 3.5 stars across 25 ratings. Some describe a smooth handoff, with staff walking them through the inside and outside and taking time for questions. Others report older units, cleanliness problems, and breakdowns soon after pickup. A few mention the lot looking cluttered and the office smelling of paint. The shop is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking. Read through the reviews before you book and inspect the unit closely at pickup.
