About Cruise America RV Rental
Cruise America in Hilliard rents standard and large motorhomes, and they're pet-friendly. It's part of a large North American chain that's been around since 1972, and the local shop has a 4.5-star rating from 30 Google reviews. Reviewers often mention the courteous staff, especially when explaining how everything works to first-timers. One person said the walkthrough made it straightforward to drive a 30-foot RV with kids and a dog. Another praised the 24-hour service when a shower leaked on a trip. Cleanliness comes up too, with some renters noting pet hair and maintenance issues like a broken heater. The location is wheelchair accessible, and people have used these RVs for camping trips, races, and festivals. A few reviewers appreciated the off-season mileage perk. Overall, it's a busy rental center with helpful people, though a few RVs could use a once-over before pickup.
