About Cruise America RV Rental
Cruise America RV Rental in Fairfield is a by-appointment agency, part of a nationwide network. Reviews often mention the husband and wife team who run it. Some praise their courtesy and clear instructions, while others describe rudeness on the phone. At pickup, renters get a walkthrough of the camper's features. Reviewers call the staff knowledgeable and friendly, especially Dan and George. The RVs are generally described as clean and reliable, though one review notes a leaking RV and a fridge that only ran on propane, with a propane charge deducted from the refund. Pickup and return go smoothly for many, and some appreciate the refund for a generator gas smell. With 50 reviews and a 4.1 rating, it's a mixed but mostly positive picture.
