About Cruise America RV Rental
This Durham branch of a large North American rental chain offers Standard RVs and Large RVs. It has been renting to campers, tailgaters and festival goers since 1972, and the company is employee-owned. Reviewers often mention the staff. Several call them friendly, and one praised the walkthrough as knowledgeable and patient. Others describe an easy process and an RV that was easy to drive. A few note problems, including a leaking grey water pump and a stove that did not work. With a 3.9 rating across 19 reviews, the feedback runs both ways. One renter said a 25 foot unit from Mike fit their group well and planned to return. Another had a rough trip with water issues and called it a nightmare. Worth reading the reviews before you book.
