About Cruise America RV Rental
Cruise America runs a rental center in Dallas with Standard and Large RVs available. It's an employee-owned company and the largest RV rental outfit in North America, with over 120 locations. They've been renting since 1972. Reviews are mixed. A 3.4 rating across 39 reviews. Several people had a rough time: dirty kitchens, mold in the fridge, a toilet that leaked, and tanks that smelled like they hadn't been cleaned. One renter arrived to find a damaged unit and no working AC in the replacement. Others had a better experience. They mention helpful staff, a walkthrough video before pickup, and a newer vehicle that ran well. The team told one first-timer to call anytime for emergencies. Insurance is part of the rental setup. The lot is wheelchair accessible. If you want to see what recent customers say, read the reviews and give the shop a call.
