One reviewer said the air conditioning was a great asset and that Clarence, who works there, is knowledgeable and friendly. Another praised quick email responses. Other reviews mention problems. One renter found the camper smelled musty and the plywood under the mattress was rotten. Another said they were told dates were busy and never heard back about a reservation.
