Chris, the owner, is frequently mentioned in reviews for being helpful and informative, making the process less intimidating for newbies. Reviewers highlight the thorough walkthrough at pickup, which covers all the RV's functions. The vehicles are described as clean and well-maintained. One customer appreciated the early pickup option to accommodate their schedule. Another noted that Chris was responsive and approachable throughout their trip, boosting their confidence.
