About 83RV Inc.
83RV Inc. has been a familiar name in Long Grove for three decades, run by brothers Bob, Brian, and Bret. They're retiring, so the business has shifted: sales are now by appointment only, and rentals are handled through The RV Rental Factory. The service, parts, and LP departments are closed. Reviewers often mention pricing, with some saying they got a great deal on a used travel trailer. Others recall a smooth sales experience, like Bob having the unit warmed up and explaining everything. Dawn in the back went over the details with one first-time camper, who felt comfortable heading out. Not all feedback is positive. Some service customers had issues with communication and missed appointments, and one rental review noted a broken slide and battery problems. Recent reviews suggest the team is smaller, so set expectations accordingly. The brothers thank customers for their support over the years.
